About The Position

Recovia, LLC is seeking a PATIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST for our Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic at our Midtown Phoenix Clinic. The pay is $19/hr. Hours are M-F, 7:30am - 4:30pm. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position. The clinic is located at: 337 East Coronado Road, #201 Phoenix, Arizona 85004. In this pivotal role, you will enhance patient interactions and support our mission of delivering compassionate and individualized care.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a medical office setting, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and administrative processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in office software and electronic health record systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate communication regarding patient needs and treatment plans.
• Educate patients about services offered and guide them through their treatment journey.
• Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our values of compassion and inclusivity.
