About The Position

Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, acts as the liaison between patients and the Hospital and will serve as the patient’s primary point of contact for all customer relations and administrative issues. The PCP ensures that patients receive the care they need and that they understand their medical condition, medications, and other instructions.

Requirements

  • Ability to represent the Customer Relations Department.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.
  • Ability to be flexible with hours and to work under pressure.
  • Excellent judgment needed.

Responsibilities
