The mission of the Patient Experience Coordinator is to foster empathy, effectively communicate, and continuously improve to enhance care quality and expand our reach so that our sales team members have more time to prospect and impact a greater number of patients. Requirements

  • Reliable and proactive.
  • Exceptional communication skills—voice, tone, clarity, and presence.
  • Ability to follow systems with precision and care.
  • Ability to stay calm and patient even when others are not.
  • Belief in servant leadership: show up, serve well, repeat.
  • Feeling called to do work that matters, every single day.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Credentialed healthcare provider and/or experience in orthopedic care.

Responsibilities

  • Calling and connecting with patients weekly.
  • Improving patient satisfaction.
  • Helping people navigate their recovery journey.
  • Following systems and processes.
  • Documenting patient information with attention to detail.
  • Staying calm, compassionate, and composed, even when people are in pain.
  • Ensuring clear communication between team members.
  • Working as a team to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
