About The Position
The Concierge greets all patients, families, visitors and staff in assigned area. Proactively assists individuals, providing information, direction and hospitality. May provide guidance to individuals related to other OSF facilities/service areas, coordinate transportation needs, provide local area direction, and advise of area accommodations or amenities.
Requirements
- High School/GED
- 1 year of experience working with basic computer systems/applications, for example, email and internet
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Current state driver's license and good driving record required
