The Patient Engagement Manager, CEE is responsible for operational execution of patient engagement and advocacy activities across CEE countries, in alignment with the CEE Community Engagement strategy. The role focuses on direct interaction with patient advocacy groups (PAGs), supporting the implementation of community engagement initiatives, projects and activities that reflect patient needs and insights, while ensuring full compliance with internal governance, legal and regulatory requirements. The position works under the guidance of the Community Engagement Manager CEE, contributing to the delivery of CEE‑level strategy driven priorities through country‑level execution and coordination. Furthermore, a key responsibility of this position is to ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), in close collaboration with healthcare compliance and legal teams.
