About The Position

ExperCARE Health is seeking a Full-Time Float Patient Engagement Coordinator to support operations across all seven of our Georgia clinics. This role is ideal for a flexible, team-oriented individual who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences. The primary home clinic for this position will be our Richmond Hill location; however, the selected candidate will be expected to travel and provide coverage at all ExperCARE Georgia clinics, including Savannah Downtown, Savannah Mall Boulevard, Pooler, Rincon, Statesboro, and Hinesville, based on operational needs. As the first point of contact for our patients, the Patient Engagement Coordinator plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience while supporting both front-office operations and clinic teams.

Requirements

  • Previous medical reception, patient engagement, customer service, or healthcare administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different teams, workflows, and clinic environments
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations
  • Experience with electronic medical records is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients while providing outstanding customer service
  • Verify insurance information and collect required documentation
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and direct concerns appropriately
  • Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
  • Support clinic operations and assist team members as needed
  • Travel between assigned clinic locations to ensure adequate staffing coverage
