Requirements
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification, treatment scheduling, and patient communication
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Dependable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
Nice To Haves
- At least 6 months of dental front office experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily provider schedule
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
- Verify dental insurance benefits and patient information
- Collect payments and discuss financial arrangements as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Coordinate with the clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience
- Help keep the front office organized and operating efficiently
