Requirements

2+ years of customer-facing experience in a high-volume office environment
Microsoft Office, Excel, and spreadsheet experience
High school diploma
Able to lift up to 15-20 pounds as needed
Bring a positive, diligent, and solutions-focused approach to a team committed to excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

Greet patients, check them in and out, and create a warm, professional experience from arrival through departure.
Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, schedule appointments, manage calendars, and confirm bookings.
Place patient vitamin and supplement orders, complete transactions, and collect payments.
Prepare medical charts, direct patients to exam rooms, and assist with care plan documentation.
Enter lab data and keep patient and care plan spreadsheets accurate and up to date.
Maintain clean, orderly front desk, waiting, and patient areas throughout the day.
Assist with stocking and inventory to help the office run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
