Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a high-volume office environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally while providing a positive, welcoming experience for every patient.
  • Use Microsoft Office confidently, including Excel for data entry and spreadsheets.
  • Follow through on responsibilities and shift priorities comfortably in a fast-paced wellness clinic.
  • Hold a high school diploma and be able to lift up to 15-20 pounds as needed.
  • Bring a positive, diligent, and solutions-focused approach to a team committed to excellent patient care.
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, and spreadsheet experience
  • High school diploma

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients, check them in and out, and create a warm, professional experience from arrival through departure.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, schedule appointments, manage calendars, and confirm bookings.
  • Place patient vitamin and supplement orders, complete transactions, and collect payments.
  • Prepare medical charts, direct patients to exam rooms, and assist with care plan documentation.
  • Enter lab data and keep patient and care plan spreadsheets accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain clean, orderly front desk, waiting, and patient areas throughout the day.
  • Assist with stocking and inventory to help the office run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
