About The Position

We are looking for a driven, empathetic, and performance-focused Patient Consultant (PCA) to join our fast-growing, mission-driven team at Batash Weight Loss -- the #1 provider of endoscopic (i.e., non surgical) weight loss procedures in the U.S. This position is for performance-focused candidates seeking a high-reward, results-based compensation model. Earnings are entirely commission-based with a 7% commission rate on gross revenue. High performers can unlock substantial income from $250K-$350K+ based on hitting strong but reasonable sales volumes. Most of our Patient Consultant team works standard hours of 9am-6pm ET with some variation. This is a non-remote position with PCAs working from our NYC or Miami offices. We offer flexibility for demonstrated high performers. Requirements

  • Able to easily manage 40+ new leads per week and a pipeline of up to 70-100 active prospective patients
  • Comfortable and available to handle urgent calls and deposits during evening hours (up to 9 pm ET) and over the weekend
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently (e.g., holding calls with no support, dealing with unexpected or challenging patient questions, etc.)
  • Consistently strive to deliver on & exceed targets, even if it requires working beyond standard hours

Nice To Haves

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • 3-5+ years experience in a sales or true customer-facing role (e.g., sales, customer support, flight attendant, luxury retail sales, hospitality sales, automotive sales, fitness trainer, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Run a proactive, best-in-class consultative consultative sales process (mix of in-person meetings, phone/video calls, text and email) from initial outreach to deposit to completion of procedure
  • Build trust and rapport with patients, addressing questions and easing concerns
  • Proactively schedule and hold follow-up calls to discuss financing, confirm deposits, or re-engage patients; answer and/or triage all questions from potential patients
  • Provide helpful, persuasive information to support & drive each patient’s decision-making process, improve patient experience, and minimize cancellations
