The Patient Concierge reports to the Office Manager and plays a vital role in creating an exceptionally welcoming and comfortable patient experience. This position is responsible for helping patients and parents feel at ease, building meaningful relationships, and setting the tone for a positive and productive appointment. The Patient Concierge helps deliver a distinctively different dental experience by consistently representing the Dental Excellence brand through friendliness, professionalism, and outstanding service. Success in this role contributes to industry-leading patient satisfaction, strong Net Promoter Scores, and continued patient referrals.
