About The Position

The Regional Fertility Program in Calgary is seeking a Full-Time Patient Concierge / Receptionist for a temporary 12-month contract. This role is crucial as it sets the tone for every patient visit, ensuring individuals feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their fertility journey. The ideal candidate will be the face and voice of the clinic, contributing to a caring and professional environment.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary in admin/healthcare
• Certification in Medical Office Administration

Responsibilities

• Greet & check in patients
• Update and manage patient records in EMR
• Answer phones & triage inquiries
• Book appointments & send reminders
• Process payments & reconcile daily reports
• Prepare charts & assist with billing
• Escort patients to ultrasound rooms
• Maintain a calm, respectful waiting room
