About The Position
Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in their welcoming outpatient centers. This role offers an opportunity to grow skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with 8-hour shifts varying between 7 am and 7 pm. Consistent availability during these hours is required, though exact shift times may vary. The role is primarily based in the Midlothian center but may require covering other areas as needed. Reliable personal transportation is required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial relevant work experience preferably in patient or customer facing roles.
- Stable and consistent work history.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
- Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.

- You prioritize patients, have strong integrity and work ethic and communicate effectively.
- You are meticulous, organized, and consistently accurate, even with high workloads and in fast-paced environments.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field
- At least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
- Meticulously monitor patient responses.
- Administer and record psychiatric rating scales.
- Proactively address patient discomfort.
- Deliver empathetic and supportive care.
- Maintain accurate EHR.
- Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
- Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

- Paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time.
