About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. The PCT provides direct, hands-on care under RN supervision and helps patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. The role is based at AMC II, Suite 100, 1411 S. Potomac, Aurora, Colorado, 80012. Candidates must be comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment, able to work long shifts on their feet, and willing to float between local clinics if needed. The schedule is flexible and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The wage range is $20.00–$31.00 per hour, with compensation depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. The position will be open for a minimum of three days.

Requirements

Accredited high school diploma, GED credential, or equivalent.
Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

CNA, MA, or CHT certification.
Phlebotomy certification.
Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
Record vital signs and patient data.
Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
