About The Position
Delivers direct patient care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse. Performs tasks that do not require nursing judgments or administration of medications. Duties include, but not limited to: Phlebotomy and EKG. Is accountable for the patient care they deliver. Adheres to St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center standards of care and practice.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Current BLS/CPR certification and First Aid training provided upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Medical background, mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity preferred.
- PATIENT CARE HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED.
