About The Position

Patient Care Technicians deliver competent and skilled care to patients and families as supervised and delegated by the RN/LVN. They provide care with a team-oriented approach and an emphasis on good customer relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification.
• Meet at least one of the following qualifications: completion of a certified Nurse Assistant program or active CNA status; completion of a Medical Assistant program; completion of the first clinical semester in an accredited nursing program with continued enrollment in the nursing program; completion and current certification of an Emergency Medical Technician program; or completion of a Patient Care Technician training program.
• If hired, maintain a primary residence in Texas and maintain all licenses and credentials required for the position throughout employment.
