Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience
- Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
- Focus on providing exceptional patient care and creating memorable experiences
- Commitment to client satisfaction and helping clients achieve and exceed their goals
- Belief in high quality and adherence to a high standard of compliance to study protocols
- Remarkably organized
- Skilled at problem solving, planning, and being proactive
- Accept ownership of tasks from inception through completion and assume responsibility for personal success
Nice To Haves
- B.S. or B.A. from any accredited university
- Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position
- Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
Responsibilities
- Providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies
- Ensuring patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at our clinic
- Completing patient visits accurately and efficiently, adhering to all clinical trial protocols 100% of the time
- Patient recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials
- Ensuring patients attend and complete their clinical trial visits throughout the study
- Timely and accurate data entry for clinical visits into multiple online systems
- Serving as the lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials
- Ensuring Sponsors and Clients receive amazing customer service when onsite and maintaining clear, constant communication when offsite
- Maintaining Physician Trust by being a knowledgeable resource, ensuring physicians are informed of their schedule and updated on current clinical trial patients and protocols
