The Patient Care Technician Pulse Heart Institute Float Pool is an ideal opportunity for those seeking a dynamic and comprehensive role within our health care system. Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Nursing Assistant Certification/Licensure
- Current BLS Certification
- Previous patient care experience preferred
- Previous Health Unit Coordinator experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform a dynamic range of duties and functions throughout the hospital
- Assist in basic nursing care, transportation of patients, and clerical functions
- Apply strong interpersonal skills when providing care for patients across a diverse spectrum of ethnic and social groups
- Collaborate with health care practitioner or registered nurse for comprehensive quality care
