Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- CNA/PCT experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vision screenings, diagnostic ophthalmic testing, and routine patient care under direct physician supervision.
- Sterilize specialized instruments, prepare examination rooms, and assist the Ophthalmologist during minor in-office surgical procedures.
- Train patients on sanitary contact lens handling while managing the precise verification and dispensing of corrective lenses.
- Streamline daily patient flow by accurately managing medical records, optimizing appointment schedules, and maintaining critical medical inventory.
