About The Position

Overlake Medical Center is offering an 11-week PCT Training program in partnership with Lake Washington Institute of Technology. This program is designed to prepare participants for PCT roles at Overlake. Upon successful completion of the program and securing a PCT position, participants are required to work for Overlake for at least one year. The training is paid at $21.50 per hour for 24 hours per week, with all training costs covered by Overlake. Upon earning the NA-C license after passing the Certified Nursing Assistant test, participants will be placed in a PCT role at Overlake at $24.95 per hour. Available placements range from .6 FTE (24 hours per week) to .9 FTE (36 hours per week), with a strong likelihood of positions being on the NIGHT shift, requiring schedule flexibility.

Requirements

  • Must agree to work for Overlake for at least one year after completing the program
  • Schedule flexibility is essential, as open positions are likely to be on the NIGHT shift

Nice To Haves

  • Must pass the Certified Nursing Assistant test to earn NA-C license
