About The Position

Supporting nursing personnel in providing direct patient care, assisting patients with ADLs, measuring and recording vital signs, administering basic treatments, and helping to ensure a safe care environment. This role involves continuous rounding throughout the shift to ensure patient and family needs are met and to ensure patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Requirements

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have positive customer service skills

Responsibilities

Supporting nursing personnel in providing direct patient care
