About The Position
The Patient Care Technician I is responsible for providing direct patient care, including assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), bathing, toileting, repositioning, taking vital signs and recording them, using EPIC, monitoring intake and outputs, performing EKGs, transporting patients as needed, and providing post-mortem care. This role is part of the Nursing Resource team at Atlantic Health Chilton Medical Center and works per diem night shifts from 7pm to 7am.
Requirements
- Experience with EPIC
- Ability to perform EKGs
- Willingness to transport patients as needed
- Proficiency in providing post-mortem care
