About The Position

Direct Patient Support: Assist patients with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care while ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. Clinical Monitoring & Reporting: Observe patient physical and emotional conditions, immediately reporting critical changes to the nursing staff to ensure continuity of care. Documentation & Records: Maintain precise and compliant documentation of patient data and care activities in medical records. Environment & Equipment Care: Optimize clinical workflow by maintaining clean, orderly patient rooms and ensuring medical equipment is properly sanitized and functional.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
