About The Position

This role involves delivering direct patient care, assisting with daily living and mobility, serving as an essential clinical observer, and maintaining a safe, healing environment. The Patient Care Technician will perform fundamental clinical and non-clinical care tasks under the guidance of licensed nursing staff, ensuring patient safety and comfort. They will help patients with personal care routines and safely assist with repositioning, transfers, and movement. Additionally, the technician will monitor patient well-being, report changes to the nursing team, maintain accurate chart documentation, and keep patient rooms organized and sanitized, ensuring medical equipment is clean and ready for use.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Nurse Aide preferred.

Responsibilities
