About The Position
The Patient Care Tech provides care to patients from birth through the lifecycle under the supervision of licensed clinical staff. The role requires demonstrating competency with treatments, procedures, and equipment appropriate to the clinical setting and hospital policy.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification upon hire is required.
- No work experience is required.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
- One year of patient care experience preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
- Certification from a Patient Care Technician program preferred.
