About The Position

Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown is seeking a full-time Patient Care Tech for their PACU department in Nashville, TN. This role involves performing basic clinical patient care activities under supervision, including assisting patients with personal care and daily living activities, aiding with patient movement and placement, and reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff. The position also includes non-clinical support such as maintaining clean patient rooms, caring for medical equipment, and completing clinical documentation.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

Nurse Aide preferred.

Responsibilities
