The role demands the ability to work under pressure, utilize appropriate patient movement equipment for transfers, and assist with lifting up to 50 pounds in urgent situations. Wearing appropriate PPE, including an N95 mask/PAPR when applicable, is required. The job involves continuous sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the shift.
