About The Position

Valley View's Emergency Department is looking for Emergency Department Patient Care Techs/safety partners for night shift. This role provides patient care in accordance with established methods and procedures. The position also involves sitting with patients who are identified as a suicide risk or mental health risk, or who are unable to make their own healthcare decisions.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Current BLS certification (AHA)

Nice To Haves

Patient Care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides patient care in accordance with established methods and procedures.
Sits with patients who: are identified as a suicide risk or mental health risk, are identified as being unable to make their own healthcare decisions
