About The Position
The Community Hospice has a full-time rewarding opportunity for a Patient Care Technician with experience in end-of-life care, to work in a supportive relationship with other members of our health care team to provide compassionate care to hospice patients and to support their families/caregivers at our 14-bed inpatient hospice program on the 5th Floor of St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany, NY. The Community Hospice provides a thorough orientation and a supportive work environment.
