About The Position

Support patient comfort and dignity by assisting with personal care and activities of daily living to foster a compassionate healing environment. Protect patient safety and mobility by aiding in proper positioning, transfers, and movement to prevent injury and advance recovery. Champion real-time patient advocacy by observing and immediately reporting physical, mental, or emotional changes to the nursing staff for swift intervention. Document patient care journeys accurately and efficiently to maintain reliable records that keep the entire care team aligned. Maintain pristine clinical spaces by keeping patient rooms clean, organized, and stocked with fully functional medical equipment.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Prior patient care experience in the acute care setting.
