Candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening which includes a drug screen. This position assists nursing service personnel with a variety of patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, taking vital signs, and changing bed linens. May also serve and collect food trays, provide for between-meal nourishment, and clean, sterilize, store, and prepare other supplies. The role requires knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field, and relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. Works under immediate supervision and typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor. Full Time and Part Time positions are available for Days, Nights, and Evening shifts within departments across the facilities in Framingham and in Natick.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
CPR certification.
CNA license, home health certification, or PCA certification.
