About The Position
The Patient Care Tech (PCT) assists patients with activities of daily living and provides basic nursing care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of the patient. This role also serves as a clinical preceptor to Nursing Assistants & PCTs and is cross-trained to Unit Associate or Monitor Technician. The PCT assists with maintaining a safe and clean unit environment and performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Graduation or Equivalent
- Nursing Assistant Course Work
- Nursing Assistant Certification
- Basic Life Support
- Certified Medical Assistant or 1 year CNA experience
Nice To Haves
- Cross-trained to Unit Associate or Monitor Technician
