About The Position
Providence Surgery and Procedure Center has an immediate need for a full time Patient Care Tech - Operating Room! At Providence Surgery and Procedure Center, our fast-paced, multi-specialty, ASC is committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families. We believe health and care are inseparable. We focus on offering a high quality, service-oriented environment for our patient’s surgical procedure. Our facility is accredited by The Joint Commission.
Requirements
- Full time availability
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care by assisting patients with changing linens, patient positioning, and transport.
- Maintains a clean and sterile patient care environment.
- Continuously assess the operating room conditions, including the needs of the surgical team and the patient.
- Cleans and restocks the operating room after procedures, preparing it for the next surgery.
- Demonstrates the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.
