About The Position

Perform supervised clinical and non-clinical care, including patient entry, exit, and assistance with activities of daily living. Monitor and report changes in patient physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff. Document necessary patient records accurately. Maintain clean, orderly patient rooms and ensure medical equipment is functional.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certs may be required by specific job locations.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
