Patient Care Tech (CNA) - $5000 Sign On Bonus
About The Position
Holy Cross Health, recognized as Forbes America's Best Employer for Healthcare Professionals, is seeking full-time Patient Care Technicians (Certified Nursing Assistants) for 12-hour day or night shifts. This role offers a $5000 Sign-on Bonus. The Patient Care Tech will assist the RN in monitoring activities, patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, as well as aiding with patient mobility. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized environment and providing direct hygiene care to patients. Requirements
- H.S. Graduate or a GED required
- Current Florida State CNA license required
- Ability to work full-time
- Current BLS through the American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working as a PCT in an acute care, rehab or skill nursing facility is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assists in monitoring activities as directed and under the supervision of the RN
