About The Position
The Patient Care Specialist role at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers involves working closely with Physical Therapists to provide excellent patient care. Key responsibilities include setting up and supervising exercises, maintaining clean treatment rooms, performing day-end cleaning, handling general office activities, scheduling patients, and managing customer service and phone interactions.
