About The Position
SMG Blue Ridge Internal Medicine in Charlottesville, VA is hiring a Patient Care Representative. This role is responsible for the registration process of new and current patients at the site. Primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. The Patient Care Representative will also answer telephone calls and greet all patients and visitors.
