About The Position

Sentara Medical Group East Market St. Health Center is now hiring a Full-Time Patient Care Representative in the Harrisonburg, VA area! This role is responsible for the registration process of new and current patients at the site. Primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. The Patient Care Representative will also answer telephone calls and greet all patients and visitors with a smile.

Requirements

HS Diploma
Customer service experience preferred
