Job Summary: The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is responsible for answering a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments for patients, taking messages, and greeting patients, visitors, and guests in the office. Ideal candidate will exhibit a good first impression of the office. They will utilize strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and staff to promote continuity of care and maintain a positive clinic image.
