About The Position

Fox Family Dental in Peoria, AZ, is seeking a friendly and dependable Patient Care Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. As part of our front office team, you’ll support scheduling, patient communication, and general office coordination while working closely with both patients and clinical staff. Requirements

• 1-2 years of dental or healthcare front office experience required
• Familiarity with dental insurance eligibility and benefit breakdowns
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment

Nice To Haves

• Dental assisting experience or front office crossover experience is a plus
• Experience with Dentrix practice management software preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and create a welcoming, comfortable experience
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support daily patient flow.
• Confirm hygiene appointments and support full, efficient schedules.
• Obtain insurance eligibility and detailed benefit breakdowns.
• Ensure paperwork and patient records are completed accurately and maintained in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with patients and team members.
• Assist with front office and administrative duties to support daily workflow.
