Responsibilities

Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Manage front-desk operations, including patient check-in and check-out
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with patience, accuracy, and care
Schedule appointments and register patients efficiently
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits through various insurance portals
Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation
Process and track patient orders, ensuring timely follow-up
Make outbound calls to patients regarding appointments, orders, and other office needs
Learn and utilize internal systems and software (paid training provided)
Help maintain a smooth, organized, and patient-focused office environment
