About The Position
Under the direction and supervision of the RN, perform patient care activities as needed of the patient population(s) served in the unit/department. Contribute to patient care in a safe environment as well as maintaining equipment, supplies, and stock in a safe and efficient manner. Communicate effectively data and significant patient information to the attention of the RN. Document data collected during the provision of patient care in a timely manner. Under the direction and supervision of the RN, perform patient care activities as needed of the patient population(s) served in the unit/department.
Requirements
- Enrolled in Nursing program
- Must have successfully completed year one Nursing Fundamentals at their approved school of nursing to qualify for PCN-1.
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
