About The Position
Franciscan Health is a large Catholic health care system in the Midwest, with 12 ministries and access points across Indiana and Illinois, dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care. This position is for Pre-Admit Testing at Franciscan Health Orthopedic Hospital Carmel, which features 5 OR Suites and a 20-bed post-surgical orthopedic unit, serving a patient population aged 18-65. The role offers professional development opportunities within a faith-based, mission-focused organization.
Requirements
- A team-oriented Nursing Student willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.
- Must be enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing program fully accredited by either the CCNE (Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education) or NLNAC (National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission).
- Must have successfully completed year one Nursing Fundamentals at their approved school of nursing to qualify for PCN-1.
- Basic Life Support (BLS)-American Heart Association required
