About The Position

SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time Patient Care Manager for their Creve Coeur/Olivette, MO location. This role is for a Pediatric Therapist (PT, OT, or SLP) interested in clinic management, starting by assisting with the daily management and supervision of services. Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology required.
  • Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Therapist required.
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the daily management and supervision of services at assigned clinic location.
  • Serves as rehabilitation specialist and staff mentor.
  • Facilitates team dynamics and state-of-the-art facility functions.
  • Be involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business.
  • Responsible for staff management and financial management of the outpatient clinic.
  • Identify key indicators and impact them.
  • Communicates with Center Manager on an on-going basis providing updates on patient care, budget achievement and staffing issues.
  • Ensure excellent customer service to patients, physicians, case managers and other users of clinical services.
  • Develop facility specific objectives, priorities and strategic planning.
  • Preparation of annual budgets.
  • Operation of clinic within budget allocation.
  • Review and integration of clinic statistics.
  • Administration, review and update policies and procedures.
  • Identify, develop and implement new programs and services, monitor new programs.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and licensing agencies, standards of practice and Code of Conduct.
