As a patient care liaison / staff scheduler you will help to ensure our residents receive the best quality of care and offer support to our Admissions Director and nursing management. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Computer knowledge & data entry skills
- Experience in healthcare staffing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Act as an internal liaison & customer service resource for family members, residents, and visitors
- Respond to calls in a timely manner
- Help to ensure our residents receive the best quality of care
- Offer support to our Admissions Director and nursing management
