About The Position
BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Farragut, TN. This is an entry-level office role responsible for maintaining pleasant and consistent daily operations of the clinic. The role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask across multiple computer programs, and a willingness to learn new things.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
- As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Collect all money due at the time of service
- Convert referrals into evaluations
- Schedule patient visits
- Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
- Make all welcome calls
- Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience
- Manage schedule efficiently
- Manage document routing
- Manage personal overtime
- Manage non-clinical documentation
- Manage deposits
- Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
- Monitor clinic inventory
- Attend any required training with the Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates.
- Complete quarterly compliance training.
