About The Position

Cockrell Eyecare Center is seeking a warm, organized, patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to support its front desk in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The coordinator is the first point of contact for patients, helping create a personal, seamless experience from check-in through check-out. The role includes answering calls, assisting with scheduling and questions, greeting and checking in patients, and keeping front desk operations and patient flow running smoothly. The employer is willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfort with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare or optical experience.
