About The Position

Recovia, LLC is seeking a PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR for our Clinic Hub in Midtown Phoenix. This is NOT a remote position. Must have experience working in a Medical Clinic Office as part of the backoffice staff, i.e. Receptionist, Insurance Verification, Medical Administration, etc. Hours are M-F, from 9:30am - 6:30pm. Recovia, LLC is an integrated outpatient program dedicated to providing comprehensive treatment for chronic pain, mental health, and substance use in the Phoenix area. Our holistic approach addresses the whole person through a diverse range of services, fostering lasting recovery and improved well-being. We are committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and compassionate environment for both our patients and staff. We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator for outpatient services who will serve as a vital link between patients and our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, along with a strong background in medical administrative support. This role involves coordinating patient care, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compassion.

Requirements

Experience working in a Medical Clinic Office as part of the backoffice staff (e.g., Receptionist, Insurance Verification, Medical Administration)
Proven experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting, preferably within outpatient.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medical administrative procedures.
Experience with medical office software, electronic health records, and scheduling systems.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and team members.
Excellent communication skills in English
