We’re looking for a warm, organized, and patient-focused individual to be the heartbeat of our front desk. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free. Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!)
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills
