Vision Health Specialties is seeking a warm, organized, and patient-focused individual to be the heartbeat of their front desk as a Patient Care Coordinator. This role is the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear, responsible for creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free. The mission of Vision Health Specialties is to Save Eyes & Spark Joy.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Keep things running smoothly with efficient front desk operations
- Support patient flow with strong multitasking and time management skills
